Juicy peach, a squeeze of lemon, and our aromatic Head Over Heels Riesling make a spritz that tastes like a summer crush, any time of year.

Makes 1 cocktail | 3 minutes
The wine: Head Over Heels Riesling

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Love Cork Screw Head Over Heels Riesling, chilled
  • 1 ounce peach nectar
  • ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 2 ounces club soda
  • Ice
  • Peach slice and a sprig of thyme, for garnish

Directions

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice.
  2. Add the Riesling, peach nectar, and lemon juice and stir.
  3. Top with club soda.
  4. Garnish with a peach slice and a sprig of thyme.

Chrishon's tip: No peach nectar? Apricot nectar or a spoonful of peach preserves shaken with the lemon juice works too.
